You glance at the brochure on the nightstand that has a picture of a glamorous city that stretches all the way across the cliff face and the towering ledge. The title that reads, “The Bamboo Basin, the largest city along the Reedcleft Ascent,” as well as making sure to show beautiful pictures of shops, possessing all assortments of goods; gardens, bearing all sorts of seasonal and regional flora and fauna; and beautiful lights from the city’s renowned lantern festival, which is actually right around the corner. While flipping through the brochure you feel as the colossal ship you are aboard seems to slow, unable to fully tell though from the confines of the rustic wooden walls of your cabin; adorned with beautiful sea shells and hand crafted fishing nets. You can’t wait to get there you think. You can’t wait to see the beautiful ocean from the heights of the main hall of the Bamboo Bas-... in the middle of your mental monologue you are interrupted from the upper deck. You hear the captain yelling quite obnoxiously, “LAND HOOOO!” You gather your belongings and exit the small cabin following the other dragons down a hallway to a set of stairs where, once at the top the door is held open by two of the privateers. As you stand there on the deck you feel the sea spray blow into your face and the smell of the ocean air as you are met with the sound of seagulls over head. The murmurs of the dragons around you fill your ears and you walk towards the captain who is an older dragon dressed very much like a seafarer helping dragons disembark. The Captain turns his attention to you and reaches a hand out to help you off and with a warm smile on his face tells you, “Welcome to Bamboo Basin.”
