Smoldering Sagittaria is perched on the fractured obsidian banks of a lava river flowing into the nearby sea. Where other dragons will stand along the edge of a river, stream or sea and take in the sounds and smells of the flowing water, Sagittaria Clan members will stand along the lava riverbanks. Quick-tempered and suspicious, the members of the clan are often reluctant to warm to newcomers. If Cylas and Ayda give their approval, however, they quickly welcome them with open arms. Although SunsetMoon was not born into Fire, she’s the founding Matriarch of the Clan, quick-tempered and driven to fiercely protect all who call Smoldering Sagittaria home. Birth flight be darned, all are welcome once accepted by the Clan Witch and Clan Seer. SunsetMoon particularly loves all her charges, especially the hatchlings, however they have come to be in the Clan. All manner of trades are practiced within the clan, trading with neighboring flights when possible, and if need be, sneaking across flight lines to obtain needed materials. They follow their own moral code, so long as it’s not truly harmful to others.
