A clan once caught between internal struggles and a brutal war against a clan of plague. Many clan members being continually lost on each side, whether it had been through death, exile for betrayal or on their own accord. Many years these two clans clashed against each other, their leaders reluctant to engage in their own conflict. Their ambassadors and members believing strongly in their right to power, for they believed they were the better clan. Until one fateful day, they managed to bring their clan leader, convincing her to watch them in their next invasive attack. Little did they know, they were being stalked, watched and preyed upon while they were none the wiser. As they snuck their way into the opposing clans' sleeping area, they were ambushed. They were all injured in the end, the leader, having her heart struck was close to death. Her clan panicked, with no clue what to do they flew in search of help. The wounded leader on the floor, fearing about her end that was soon to come, was worried about her clan and how they'd fare without her guidance. Then from the shadows came a familiar figure, the leader of the plague clan they were fighting against. She thought that he came there to make her suffer in her ever coming end, but oh how wrong she was. He faced her, cutting open his scaled chest to reveal his pure heart to her, surprising as he was the leader of a clan of such disease a ridden place. He was of the few remaining kin who were able to share half of their hearts with those of the wounded. He took a half of his heart, placing it into her pierced, dying heart. As her heart merged with his it ended the war between their clans and began the start of two powerful clans working together, settling their differences for centuries to come.
