Hello, and welcome to Clan Syrinx! Come in, come in.

Are you looking for new clan members? Any dragon on the AH is for sale. Unnamed dragons not on the AH may be for sale. Dragons with wind in their name are being leveled for exaltation, but can be purchased for 8k. Feel free to inquire about any others but I am likely to decline.

Are you looking for mates? Please inquire (in particular, most of the imps/wcs are unpaired)

Wind whistles through the grassy plain, tousling the tufts of grass covering the vast expanse. Here and there tall clusters of reeds rise from that verdant sea, and as the ever-present wind winds through them, its breath calls forth their song.

The sky is bright and blue, any wisps of cloud soon chased away by the constant rush of air. But over the horizon dim shapes appear. As they draw closer, they reveal themselves to be dragons - big and small, pale and dark, sprightly Faes and sinuous Spirals and lively Skydancers. A glorious riot of color, they waltz with the wind, drawing ever closer.

And then, from the reeds, dragon heads emerge, ears swiveling to hear the beating wings, eyes straining to see the shining scales, noses switching to catch the familiar scents of mates come home again. Stately Tundras and fierce Guardians emerge to meet their Clanbrothers and Clansisters. Hatchlings peer out from the safety of their mothers' lairs, where jeweled eggs lie cradled in nests of woven grass and reed. The bold ones clamber up to perch on their parents' shoulders.

Soon the Wanderers are near, and the clan leaps into the air to greet them, and for many minutes the air is full of scales and fur and feathers.

The wind rushes across the plain, and the reeds whistle their eerie tune, and the Clan, together once more, lift their voices in song.

We are the Syrinx, bright eyes and bright scales,
Singers of songs, and tellers of tales,
******* and roamers and sellers of wares,
Queens of the skies and lords of the airs.

Travel 'cross oceans, through forest and fen,
but Zephyrus guide you home once again.
Wind to your wings, our wandering kin!
Bring us back tales of the places you've been.

We are the Syrinx, singers of songs,
Riddlers of riddles and righters of wrongs.
We each have our place, the weak and the strong.
