Lugar Seguro. One of few clans that take care of baby dragons abandoned in the wastelands. This particular clan lives near the wandering contagion, where most baby dragons and some runaway dragons end up at. Mothers who didn't want a runt of the litter simply dropped them off at the edge of the scarred wastelands, hoping that the runts would die from the disease and illness. Some of these babies were found by the two leaders of the Lugar Seguro . From there the lugar seguro raises the babies like one of their own into fierce strong warriors. When the babies get to adulthood, they defend the lugar seguro and search for any abandoned babies near the border. Runaway dragons are a different case. If a runaway dragon wants to join the lugar seguro they have to fight a defender of thelugar seguro to prove their worthiness and show that they aren't there just to waste the lugar seguro resources. If the runaway dragon wins, they are accepted into the Lugar Seguro and trained to be one of the defenders. If the defender wins then the runaway dragon is on the run again. In some cases, if the dragon is annoying or plain rude, the defender is allowed to kill the dragon and be done with it. The world is a cruel place and the lugar seguro hopes to make the world a little kinder in these difficult times.
