"Among the sparsely inhabited isles of the Hoverview Vale, a plunging spike of crystallized rock bobs gently on the waves of magic emanating from land below. Its grassy surface is dotted with buildings, small shapes flitting in the air around it as dragons go about their daily business. Beneath their feet, the hunk of suspended crust is pneumatized, air whistling through hollow, honeycombed networks of caves and tunnels that twist and turn, searching for sunlight. Many of these cavities breach the lower surface, giving way to great ledges, shielded by canopies of prismatic crystal. Known as the Crystalline Cliffs, many dragons make their homes here, decorating the sides of the spinning isle like swarming tropical birds."
