Areolfos' Clan

I'm going to try to work on dragon profiles soon, if I find the time! Also, if you want a hatchling letter home, I will be 110% happy to do so!

The most important dragons in my clan right now are my progen, Maia, and her mate Charm. Maia always frets and tries to do everything around the clan; she knew it when it was very small, and her new need for expensive lair expansions is bittersweet for her! Charm helps keep her calm, though-- he came to the clan later on and is much more laid back in general. Regardless, he unofficially inherited an important post in the clan and will often do the confrontations for Maia, if she needs it.

The other two important members are Bellamy and Shadesong. Bellamy joined the clan early on with a great deal of experience, both in life and in combat. She is the oldest dragon in the clan by far, but is happy to offer advice rather than be in charge. Leading doesn't agree with her. Her favorite thing to do is recruit dragons from other clans, although in recent times that has fallen more to Shadesong. Bellamy is much too rash and blunt, not the most tactful, whereas her mate is careful with words and liked by most, even if he does act a little cold sometimes.

Shadesong is also good with numbers and has fallen into many of the clerical roles of the lair. He writes letters as well as makes deliveries, although the older he gets the more he looks for courier apprentices to do his dirty work! He's currently thinking about training Cadette; he figures that a Wildclaw could probably deliver messages well both on foot and by air. If you contact the clan, however, Shadesong is most likely the one you will be speaking to.
