Solara Isles; Equatora Island
"Bordering Prismona's equator are a series of islands, the smallest and most unreachable is Equatora Island. Its only residents are a select few of flourishing species and a borderline-sentient clan of bright colored Wyverns. Not much is known about their pilgrimage to this island, but their habits are well studied thanks to their welcoming personalities and generous welcoming of guests.

Artona
Population 50
"A deserted, arctic continental wasteland surrounding the north pole of the sleepless, high-tech planet Prismona inhabited by sentient machines that fled from Earth after their fleshy creators decided to confiscate and scrap every older model made before a certain year. While the machines fare better in the southern, warmer climates, there are dragons that thrive or adapt to the places they cannot.
Thankfully, the dragons and machines easily coexist in places their territories cross over. However, here, the rouges that live in our region never cross paths.
Lucky machines.
Artona, like the Arctic of Earth, has little life, but the life that can sustain here is incredibly hardy, and can survive weeks without food or water. Also like the Arctic, the sun has seasons where it never sets for months, and seasons where it never rises. Prismona is 10 times the size of Earth, so these seasons last longer than Earthen seasons do.
After these stolen, sold, or even carelessly lost dragons were abandoned here and left to die, it was very hard for them to adapt. Some did die before they could learn the brutal and unforgiving ways of Artona. Prey is scarce, water is nil, and in the entire records of the planet, the highest temperature ever recorded in Artona got to be a balmy -1 degrees Fahrenheit. For dragons used to normal seasonal cycles or even the equator region for the unfortunate few, this region was a frozen nightmare.
The remaining drakes each tell their own tales; who they were before the Great Castoff, how they adapted, who they paired up with to survive the heartbreak threatening to kill them faster than the eternal blizzards around them.
