Welcome to Luminance Cavern, a home of wandering sols.

Most dragons here believe in the Wandering goddess Amani, who, thousands of years ago placed a small portion of the sun and into each and every dragons soul. This small flame sparked a wanderers love to be on the move, never staying in one place for long.

Amani also carved stars from riverbed rocks and placed them in the sky, adding wisps of mist to connect them into constellations. She placed fireflies on them, adding light to the dark night sky.

Because of Amani the dragons residing in the Luminance cavern refer to their souls as ‘sols’ because they believe that each dragons heart is made up of fire and a small bit of the thing that keeps them alive, the sun.

Wanderers here are often referred to as ‘Wandering Sols’ and most stop here to rest, before moving back on and out into the world.


The Luminance is lead by one dragon, currently an Imp named Mindless. Although the Luminance does have a leader, there job is only to keep things peacful. Not to command, or overpower.

The storyteller is oftenly replaced, most don’t have a desire to stay in one place. Their job is to gather those who wish to hear stories and tales around a warm campfire under the stars that Amani placed into the sky, and tell them. Tell the tales of where they came, the battles they have faced, the many places they have traveled. To tell stories of the Wanderer Amani and all those who have faced evil and won.

Shale, our healer, is in charge of taking care of our wounded and sick. He wears a neckband signifying his rank.
