the seibant is a spacious clan in the shallows of the fishspine reef. it is sheltered by coral plateaus, which overlook the hubbub of the clan and stretch all the way up to the surface of the water. shallow caves are found underneath the coral--perfect hiding places for shy dragons. this makes the seibant habitable for any dragon, even ones that are not accustomed to living in water. anyone is welcome in this clan, and a large (if not tackily decorated) sign proclaims this. food of all types are plentiful in this area of the reef.
dragons are seen coming and going from the area as they please; some will not come back for days or weeks, if not ever. in truth, the seibant is more of a trading hub than a real clan. despite this, some dragons seem to have settled permanently within the shallow caves and corals and are willing to chat with any passers-by.
