I started off in plague too and had no idea about the eyes. My custom starter was...rose and seafoam, if I remember correctly. It was an interesting combination with the eyes, haha.

Your 1st gens are such cuties! I especially love Vermillion, and those are such nice colors to compliment plague eyes.
