If I'm selling gem scrolls for treasure it's for a high mark-up and you're better off trading for gems and buying from the gem section of the MP.

Offering training from level 1-25 for 200,000 per dragon or the current gem ratio. Trades for training are also accepted; trade items valued at LAH, exaltable adults valued at 7k each and hatchlings at 3,500.

If you have or would like to have a partially leveled dragon, the percentage of total experience (1,363,652) you want is your cost. For example, if you're halfway to 1,363,652 you only pay 100,000.
