She looks like a witch, but witches are too predictable. She is a spell preserver/recorder. She memorizes and records spells that are in danger of disappearing. She's immortal and dedicated her life to preserving spells that are fading, either because the civilization that once used them is dead/dying, or magical dragons no longer really use the spells anymore.

She has a library collection that ranges from small, insignificant spells that were once taught at birth, to spells that can destroy worlds or create copies of universes. She's a myth among the magical community and many go searching for her. If you're worthy for the spell that you ask for, she might give it to you. If you're not and you try to get it from her using force, you will either be cursed, kicked out, or killed. Depends on how much patience she has that day.

She lives in a large library, in a large tree. The tree is like the tardis. Outside, no Imperial could fit, yet inside the shelves of the library seem to travel on and on, for eternity. She uses teleporting magic to get from one shelf to another to save time.
