- Made of stone and mud, far more like Ishtar in terms of physicality than Jarna
- The clan is his charge, a carryover from the lineage in The Refuge.
- Wants so badly to keep everyone safe, to stop the fighting, to get everyone together.
- Carries Hansel's legacy far better than Izel, eventually takes over that work to give Izel the freedom to live more wildly.
- A true family man, but found family too not just flesh and blood.
